On what astrology can and cannot do.

Astrology is a language and a tool and like any other tools it helps us get the job done but it doesn’t actually do the job for us. Efforts are required to understand yourself and change your life. Astrology can help us understand the various processes and cycles we are going through like periods of growth, consolidation, transformation, new beginnings and endings which are all part of life. It also gives us clues as to how one might react to life’s challenges. This awareness can help us make better decisions or even just cope with the processes.

Astrology will not give you a direct miracle cure. You have to brew that yourself. You have to be willing to put in the hours and reflect on your condition and go to the roots of why you react or do things a certain way. You have to lift the weights yourself and make the proper adjustment to bring about the changes that you want. It takes a lot of courage to take responsibilities for yourself. But no one and nothing else can do that for you.
